Hi all, my Astral Temple meditation was conducted in a silver Temple with an entity named, "Horace".
He informed me that we would discuss the word, "gratitude".

The word gratitude generally is related to physical actions, i.e. it is with gratitude that you receive a gift, an item or any other physical material product that will either aid you, benefit you, or give personal satisfaction and achievement in a specific area. The word can also apply to the giver, where by what is given to another person is given with gratitude. The give is humble in giving so that what is received will benefit the receiver, it is given by the giver who genuinely wants to assist the receiver in using the gift to their best advantage. The advantage is about allowing the receiver to develop or be benefited by the gift, the gift is not to be used to seek and achieve personal advantage by the receiver over other people.

Another aspect of the word gratitude is all about your actions and attitude when you receive or give something to or from another person. It is about being grateful for not only receiving and giving material objects, but also giving and receiving non material assistance, i.e. advise about a situation where by the advise is given graciously knowing that the receiver will benefit in an area of their life, an the receiver receives the advise with gratitude knowing that this information will allow situations to be resolved and permit their pathway to become clearer, therefore transition and progression will take place in the receivers life. The word humility in receiving and giving is associated with gratitude.
