found something interesting
Found a mysterious and uknown spirit photographer by the name of W. Clayton
He was in the Mediumship of Arnold Clare Book (just found a few photos from the book). It explains that he used Infra red while taking photos. So thats the next place to take a look at.

Infa red
Hi Kristian,
Yes, with the reading I have done infa-red is good for spirit photography, though finding a digital still camera with infa-red is challenging. Movie camera's are ok, you won't have a problem there. The next place for me was trying on-line overseas.
You can still purchase infa-red film for the 35mm and 120mm cameras. There are places around that still develop film. Let me know if you need any more information.
Warmest wishes
Caroline

there is a filter
you can make a filter by getting some film and sticking it over the lens, Ive got to find the right film tho other wise I would try it.
Re: found something interesting
There is a infa red filter and the filter screws on the front of the lens of the camera. Is that what you mean?
You can get all types of filters for the front of the camera, film only goes inside.
I have attached some reading material for you re: filter options for digital camera's.
