help I'm new and feel like i'm going crazy!!!!

I've recently started noticing how many "de-ja-vous" i've been having, and seeing numbers that arent there, hearing voices speak a single word to me, when no one is around.... I'm getting so confused. Someone said something to me about angels, and i've been reading up on them and fairies. It's been all good, but recently it's been quite "dark" around me... like a dark fog.... I've tried having baths and "white lighting". I've asked for protection, and i'm just confused. I dont know what is going on, and how to develop any skills... and how to increase the protection for me and my family.
